Hidden resources. You can discover them yourself, but it would be more appropriate to approach USAID/EDP specialists

The majority of complaints of present-day businessmen can be expressed in one phrase: “If I had this and that, I could make enormous things”. “That” and “this” could be anything you like – money, human resources, raw materials, premises, etc. These are all resources. The availability of the resources determines how well your business will be going. Often the problem is raised not because of a lack of the resources, but due to inability to identify and use hidden resources for development. Who hides them? We will talk about this later.

AUDIT DOESN'T HARM. Audit benefits for SMEs

• use fundamental financial disciplines which are necessary to manage cash flow and credits;
• have access to finances;
• be knowledgeable in taxation system, employment area and other legislation;
• acknowledge a need in long-term planning.
